How many team seats do I get?

Agency plan includes 3 team seats — one for you as the owner and two for teammates. Business plan includes unlimited team seats.

How do I invite a teammate to SAG Tool?

Go to your dashboard, click the team seats section, enter your teammate's email address and click Send Invite. They will receive an invite link valid for 7 days.

Do teammates need their own SAG Tool account?

Teammates can create a free account when they accept the invite, or sign in with an existing account. Their audits count against the owner's plan limits.

Can I remove a teammate from my team?

Yes. Go to your dashboard team section and click Remove next to any team member. They will immediately lose access to team audits.

How to Invite a Teammate

01Go to your Agency or Business dashboard and scroll to the Team Seats section.
02Click the + seat button next to the empty seat circles.
03Enter your teammate's email address and click Send Invite.
04Your teammate receives an invite link valid for 7 days. They click it, create or sign in to a SAG Tool account, and are added to your team automatically.
05Once they accept, they appear in your team members list on the dashboard. They can now run audits and view all team campaign history.

Audit counts: All audits run by team members count against the owner's plan. On Agency that means the owner and all teammates share the unlimited audit allowance together.

What Team Members Can Do

Run audits on any URL · View all team campaign history · Download reports · Access the rule library (Agency/Business) · View replacement HTML

Members cannot

Change billing or plan · Invite other teammates · Cancel the subscription · Access the account owner's API keys

How to Remove a Teammate

01Go to your dashboard Team Seats section.
02Click Remove next to the team member's name.
03They are immediately removed. Their access to team audits and reports is revoked instantly.

Invite Link Expiry

Invite links are valid for 7 days from the time they are sent. If a teammate hasn't accepted within 7 days the invite expires and you will need to send a new one. There is no limit on how many invites you can send.
