SAG Tool is a website audit platform that checks web pages against SEO, AEO, and GEO criteria and returns scored reports. The service is available at sagtool.com and is operated by the SAG Tool team.
By accessing or using SAG Tool you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You may use SAG Tool without an account for up to three free audits. To access additional features you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You agree to use SAG Tool only for lawful purposes. You may not:
SAG Tool offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Audit counts reset on the first day of each billing month. Unused audits do not roll over.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to your plan features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial months.
SAG Tool and its audit methodology, scoring system, rule library, and all associated content are the intellectual property of the SAG Tool team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit for auditing. By submitting a URL you grant us a limited license to fetch and analyze that page for the purpose of generating your audit report.
SAG Tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results will improve your search rankings, AI visibility, or any other metric. Search engine and AI algorithm changes are outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAG Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or prominent notice on the website at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SAG Tool operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
